At 300dpi, we stand behind the quality of our printing. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
1. Custom Product Nature
All our products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each order is produced specifically for you with your designs, artwork, and requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for correctly printed orders.
2. When We Offer Refunds
We will provide a full refund or reprint at no additional cost if:
- Print Defects: Significant print quality issues such as smudging, streaking, or color bleeding that are clearly our fault
- Wrong Product: We sent the wrong product or quantity
- Production Errors: We made errors in cutting, finishing, or binding
- Damaged in Transit: Products arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging (with photo evidence)
- Wrong Content: We printed different content than what was in your approved proof
3. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Errors in your submitted artwork or design files
- Low-resolution images that print blurry (we require 300 DPI minimum)
- Color variations between screen display and printed output (monitors vary)
- Typos, spelling errors, or incorrect information in your design
- Change of mind after production has started
- Minor variations within industry printing standards (±5% color, ±1mm cutting)
- Orders that were approved via proof confirmation
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide photos clearly showing the issue
- Include your order number and a description of the problem
- Keep the products – we may ask you to return them for inspection

5. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Reprint: If you prefer a reprint, we'll produce and ship the corrected order at no cost
- Refund: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Partial Refund: For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund based on the severity
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order:
- Before production: Full refund if artwork hasn't been processed
- After production starts: No refund as materials have been used
- Custom/rush orders: May be subject to a cancellation fee

7. Proof Approval
Before printing, we provide digital proofs for your approval. Once you approve a proof:
- You confirm all content, spelling, and layout are correct
- We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof
- Review your proofs carefully – this is your final chance to make changes
8. Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost
