By using 300dpi's website and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

300dpi provides premium printing services including but not limited to:

  • Business cards
  • Pamphlets and flyers
  • Product tags and labels
  • Promotional items

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering Process

When you place an order:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must have the legal right to use any designs, logos, or content you submit
  • Orders are confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt via WhatsApp or email
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed

4. Design Files & Artwork

You are responsible for:

  • Providing print-ready files in acceptable formats (PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, EPS, or high-resolution images)
  • Ensuring files meet our resolution requirements (300 DPI minimum)
  • Including proper bleed areas where required
  • Reviewing and approving proofs before printing

We are not responsible for printing errors resulting from low-quality artwork or unapproved files.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where applicable
  • Payment must be made in full before production begins
  • We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
  • Custom quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified

6. Production & Delivery

  • Production begins after payment confirmation and artwork approval
  • Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
  • Delivery is free across India for orders above the minimum threshold
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances

7. Quality Assurance

We take pride in our work and stand behind our products:

  • All prints are produced at 300 DPI or higher resolution
  • We use premium paper stocks and inks
  • Color matching is approximate and may vary slightly from screen displays
  • Minor variations in color and cutting are within industry standards

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products:

  • We do not accept returns for correctly printed orders
  • If we make an error (wrong content, significant quality issues), we will reprint at no cost or provide a refund
  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods

9. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your submitted designs and artwork
  • You grant us a limited license to use your designs solely for producing your order
  • You warrant that you have the right to use all submitted content
  • We will not use your designs for any other purpose without permission

10. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

  • Illegal, obscene, or offensive material
  • Copyrighted material you do not have rights to use
  • Content that infringes on trademarks or intellectual property
  • Material promoting illegal activities

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for business losses resulting from printing delays or errors

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
